bird control

A strong case for leaving bird proofing to professionals

Cleankill Pest Control surveyors visit many different types of premises every day and are often shocked at what they find. This was certainly the case when Surveyor Sam Boylett visited a building in Hove, East Sussex. He was specifically asked to look at an emergency fire escape that had been ‘proofed’ by the building manager. The building manager had received a quote for bird proofing from a competitor they thought was excessive and so decided to take matters into their own hands. The photos show the outcome.

Whatever the weather, we get the job done!

It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, your property can always have a problem with roosting birds. Aside from the mess these birds leave, there is the potential for diseases to be spread and parts of the building being damaged.

A long-standing customer had a problem with gulls and pigeons at its facility in Ilford, East London. The building’s roof has several large air conditioning units and expensive heat pumps on it, and these needed protecting. At the same time, the area had to remain accessible for maintenance.

Harris hawks make pensioner’s dream come true

Cleankill’ bird control team visited a retirement home in Caterham, Surrey, to help a pensioner fulfil a long-held dream.

Ruth Swain contacted Cleankill’s Managing Director Paul Bates to explain that her mum Rita Newman had always wanted to take part in a ‘hawking’ experience, watching them fly and have one sit on her arm.
