"I have recently brought a property through ------- -----, and had noticed an invasion of red ants. I contacted the site management team (where I pay close to £1400 a month in ground rent for maintenance) and they sent out their own contractors to assess the situation.

The guy that came out to me had no idea what they were and told me I had to wait at least 7 days for an identification before any treatment could be offered. This was completely unacceptable and not helpful because I have a 4 month old baby and these little red ants had also invaded his belongings. After complaints and phone calls, ------ ----- were able to outsource to 'Cleankill' and had them out to me in under 24 hours. 

The gentlemen that visited me was called Mark and was absolutely fantastic. He was able to identify them straight away and start treatment. He also advised me the problem was mainly from the wall cavities and it was likely my neighbours had them too. Whilst Mark was here I was able to check with my neighbours who also confirmed they had them too. Mark was able to offer me assurance and a continuity plan that has put my mind at ease. The rest of the flat block still needs to be treated. I can only hope that ------ can arrange for the same company to help my other neighbours.
